The service

Toolbelt provides a set of online tools for sellers. Some actions consume credits, which you buy as one-time packs or receive monthly with a subscription.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide a valid email; one free credit allotment per verified account.

Credits & billing

• Credits are prepaid and are consumed when you run a paid action. They are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can switch plans or cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals.
• Prices may change with notice; changes don’t affect the current paid period.

Acceptable use

• Only upload images you have the rights to use.
• No illegal, infringing, or abusive content.
• No automated scraping, resale of the service, or attempts to circumvent credits or limits.

Your content

You keep ownership of the images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and store them solely to provide the service. You’re responsible for having the rights to any image you upload.

Compliance checks are not a guarantee

Our marketplace compliance checks are automated, best-effort, and based on publicly documented requirements that can change. They do not guarantee that a marketplace will accept your listing. You remain responsible for meeting each marketplace’s current rules.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Toolbelt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
